By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us
Mary Ellen Memorial and Ceremonial Jewellery is a Cornwall-based business
creating handcrafted memorial jewellery and keepsakes designed to preserve precious
memories.
We create each piece with care, respect and attention to detail, recognising the
personal significance of every memorial item.

2. Our Products
All items created by Mary Ellen Memorial and Ceremonial Jewellery are handcrafted
and may have slight variations due to the nature of handmade work.
Colours, finishes, textures and small details may vary slightly from photographs
shown on our website.
These natural variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade jewellery and are not
considered faults.

3. Bespoke and Personalised Orders
Many of our pieces are made specifically for you and may include ashes, hair, fur or
other meaningful memorial materials provided by you.
Because bespoke and personalised items are created specifically for each customer:
• They cannot usually be cancelled once production has started.
• They cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
• Refunds are not available for personalised items unless the product is faulty or
we have failed to provide the service agreed.
We will always work with you to ensure your order details are confirmed before
creating your piece.

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided
is accurate, including:

5. Payment
Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms shown at checkout or
agreed during the ordering process.
Where a deposit is required, this may be non-refundable once work has commenced,
as it covers preparation, materials and time spent creating your bespoke piece.
Your order will not begin until payment requirements have been met.

6. Memorial Materials Supplied by Customers
If you provide ashes or other memorial materials, you confirm that:
• You have the legal right and permission to provide these materials.
• The materials have been provided voluntarily.
• The details supplied to us are accurate.
We handle all memorial materials with the utmost care and respect.

Due to the nature of the creative process, small amounts of material may be used
during production and cannot always be returned.
